Following a two week "hold" or "suspension," Draper City made the decision to declare 120 acres of SunCrest property as surplus. This is the first step in their intent to sell the land. 

Next step in the process will be requests for proposals or "RFPs" from potential developers, organizations, or individuals or the designated parcels to be sold.
